I. Intro

Date: 10/23/2023

We were remaking the wing ribs because the oven wasn’t set correctly causing the flanges to break.

II. Procedure

CP AT272 Lab08 01 — Figure 1: trailing edge rib from lab 7

CP AT272 Lab08 02 — Figure 2: apply liquid release agent on the mold.

CP AT272 Lab08 03 — Figure 3: cover with solid release mold

CP AT272 Lab08 04 — Figure 4: put into vacuum bag

CP AT272 Lab08 05 — Figure 5: check pressure

CP AT272 Lab08 06 — Figure 6: remove the peel ply

CP AT272 Lab08 07 — Figure 7: cut the adhesives.

CP AT272 Lab08 08 — Figure 8: cut edge of part
